I love to cook -- especially ethinic foods. In fact my cooking tends to be so diverse that I have recently been trying to create a good set of family-favorites for us -- to the point of writing up the recipes, which I find hard as I rarely follow a recipe as is. Now baking.....that's another story entirely...I seem to be horrible at it! Go figure.
